Jesus is the only way because no one will ever be holy enough to enter into a Holy God's Heaven.

What do you mean by "Heaven?" If it's some kind of higher form, then yes, Heaven will come looking for you. But even if you aren't doing things "properly, and you might be partying it up, leaving the spouse at home eith the kidf(s)," the Bible tells us that "While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." God was looking for us long before we even thought of living a good life.
Just for curiosity, do you believe that your entrance to Heaven will be based on your good deeds?

I assume your answer will be yes, since apparently, good works is the other way to heaven. So correct me if I am wrong, but what you are saying is that when you die, "Heaven" will determine if you are worthy enough to enter into it, right? If that is the case, then how many good works does one have to do in order to gain enterance?
It would be a sad, sad day if you had a million good works and 1 million and one bad works, and miss Heaven by 1 bad work, because you would be more evil than good. And the scales tip in evil's favor.
And if you do believe you are good enough to gain enterance, what is the measuring stick you use to determine how good or bad you are?

What if there is no God?

If there is not, then what is our purpose in life, to work, suffer then die, then nothingness? Are we just part of the great circle of life? What do you stand to gain? But what if there is a God? What do you stand to lose?
